Why do I need to sign a release to share information between BCS and BBC?
We strive to provide the best of care across the two programs, communication with BCS enables us to provide consistency for your child and to know if there are any areas we need to work on together. The Sprouts screening is an excellent tool to know where your child is and what areas BCS is focusing on, we wont to be able to do the same thing for your child. If you have court documents on file with BCS and do not allow us access then we are unable to follow instructions from those documents, this is not a situation we want to be in.

When you bring your child in for Before Care we ask that you put their items outside their classroom ready for the day. If you child is in diapers then for Before Care we need 1 diaper and After Care we need 2 diapers.

On or before your first attending day we will send you the door code through ProCare, we use the North door only (old church entrance) for Before and After Care. We ask that if you send someone different to pick up that you pass on the code. We dont always hear the doorbell and dont want families distressed by not being able to enter the buidling.
